The Quaaout Lodge accommodations feature 70 guest rooms newly renovated in 2010 which will immerse you into a comfort and relaxation that quiets the senses with easy and calming effects.
Each room has its own balcony or patio with lake views to watch the setting sun over the mountains reflected on the lake.
Rest your head with sounds of nature while you slumber in your choice of Standard rooms with two queen beds or one King bed, Deluxe room with King bed, lake front Jacuzzi Rooms with fireplaces, or Suites with separate sitting areas such as our Presidential Suite or our Honeymoon Suite, also with fireplaces.

These premier lakeview rooms are located at the end of the guest wing of the hotel closest to the lake on each floor. These rooms have either a private balcony or walk-out patio and some of the best views of Little Shuswap Lake and the surrounding gardens and forest. The unique features of these rooms include a fireplace, walk-in multi-head shower, and of course the in-room jacuzzi tub. Presidential Suite If you are looking to have that extra space to relax, hold a small informal meeting, or entertain, the Presidential Suite at the Quaaout Lodge offers that extra bit of luxury with separate bedroom and sitting room. You will enjoy the view of Little Shuswap Lake and the 18th hole of the Talking Rock Golf Course visible through the trees from our wrap-around balcony which is accessible from both the bedroom and sitting room. This suite has a 2 piece bathroom adjacent to the sitting room, and then in the master ensuite bathroom you will find a double sink, large 5 head walk-in shower, and towel warmer amongst other special touches. The bedroom has 1 king sized bed to comfortably sleep up to 2 people.

Each room includes:

- Suites may also have fireplaces, double sinks, towel warmers, and jacuzzi or soaker tub.
Pets are very welcome at the Quaaout Lodge...
To ensure the comfort of your pet and our guests with allergies, we have selected guest rooms that will accommodate pets. Pet room options include our Double Queen, King, Deluxe King, or Jacuzzi King room types.
- Nightly “pet fee” of $15.00 per pet, per night added to room charge
- Maximum 2 pets per room
- Pets must be on leash in all public areas inside the resort and are not allowed on the Golf Course.
For families, we do have 4 sets of inter-connecting rooms. Each set pairs a Double Queen room with a Standard King room.
The Quaaout Lodge has 3 accessible rooms for guests with disabilities. These rooms are all Double Queen rooms, but are a little larger than average with room for a wheelchair to navigate, lower beds, handrails in the bathroom, lower door handles and light switches. These rooms also have visual fire alarms.
