Spa Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for consultation and a timely start to your service.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment; group bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Massage on pregnant guests cannot be performed without a written authorization from a medical practitioner.
  • Client Consultation Form will need to be filled out by all, prior to your treatment.

Group Bookings

  • We welcome group bookings for all occasions such as bridal & bachelorette parties, corporate events, special retreats and birthday celebrations.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates may be purchased in our spa or at the pro shop front desk for specific services and dollar amounts. Alternatively, please call  250-679-3090.

Spa Amenities

  • Spa guests receive complimentary use of our infrared sauna upon availability.

Parking & Entrance

  • Spa guests can park in guest parking and enter through the main doors of the Lodge. Follow signage to the spa downstairs.
